Shipping & Exchanges

Shipping

For orders over $50 dollars, shipping is free to the US and Canada. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at check out. A tracking number will be provided with all orders.  If all items are in stock, average delivery time is 5-7 business days.

 

Out Of Stock Items

Noftify us at info@lizstetique.com if there is a product you wish to purchase that is not available. You will receive an automated email when the product(s) is back in stock if you select "notify me when available" on the product page. 

 

Exchanges, Returns & Damaged Packages

If you receive a defective product or product packaging, send a photo of the product along with a brief description of the issue to info@lizstetique.com. Defective products are eligible for exchange 30 days from purchase.

If the contents of a package is damaged upon receipt, send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@lizstetique.com. A replacement will be shipped to you.

 

Samples

When you place an order, you may request samples to be included. Send an email to info@lizstetique.com specifying which products you'd like to try.
