Shipping

For orders over $75 dollars, shipping is free to the US and Canada. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at check out. A tracking number will be provided with all orders.  If all items are in stock, average delivery time is 5-7 business days.

 

Out Of Stock Items

If an item is not in stock you should receive a notice when adding to your cart. You will have the option to recieve notice when the product(s) become available. Out of stock items have an average lead time of 3-4 weeks.

 

Exchanges & Returns

We encourage you to schedule a consultation with Liz via info@lizstetique.com before purchasing any new products. As a licenced skin care therapist and make-up artist with almost 20 years of experience (1 more year to go!), she has successfully assessed women of all ages and ethnicity. 

When you place an order, you may request samples to be included. We will accomadate whenever possible.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for anything but product defect. Product defects will be consider on a case by case scenario within 30 days from package delivery.
