I see all of the major credit cards symbols listed, but I was taken to PayPal. Can I pay with a major debit/credit card?
Yes, LIZstetique accepts all major debit and credit cards. We use a safe and secure payment service, PayPal Standard, for all credit card purchases. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. Once you have been redirected to the PayPal login page, you will see the total order amount at the top of the page. Click "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" below the Username/Password login.
Do you have product samples?
When you place an order, you may request samples to be included. We highly recommend that you request a FREE consultation with LIZ if you have any particular needs or concerns. This special feature is what sets LIZstetique apart! As a licenced skincare therapist and make-up artist with, she has successfully assessed women of all ages and ethnicity.
You can email her a selfie to assess your skin at firstname.lastname@example.org (CLICK HERE for easy steps on how to take a good selfie). You can also live video chat with her, just email info@lizstetique to schedule a day and time.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
LIZstetique offers FREE shipping on all North American merchandise orders over $50. eGift Cards do not apply. Orders that are $50 or less, shipping is calculated at checkout.
I don't live in North America. Can I still place an order at Lizstetique?
Right now orders placed through our website, LIZstetique.com, must be associated with billing/shipping addresses in North America. However, we can certainly accommodate orders outside of North America. Email you request to support@Lizstetique.com or use our Contact Us form.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" below login Email/Password. An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password. If you forgot your email address or have any other issues logging in, then we recommend you email email@example.com.
How can I find the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order and view previously purchased items in your "My Account" page. We will also email your order and shipping updates along with a courier tracking number.
How will I know if a product is "out of stock"?
If out of stock, it will read "notify me when available". You will receive an email when the product is back in stock so you can grab it before anyone else!
